2009 Lincoln MKZ Repair Question

Car got wet
I am looking at an '09 Lincoln MKZ and found out that the dealership had left the driver door window open for a while (?) and it was all wet. Should I be concerned about the electrical in the doors and seats? The car has a 4 year/50,000 mile warranty on it (26,000 miles on it currently) - should I ask for an extended warranty and if so what length?

These components are pretty well sealed and you shouldn't have an issue at all. I would make certain that it is documented in the "We Owe" bill that the area got very wet and that they are aware of this.
