2009 Hyundai Getz Repair Question

Hyundai Getz Noise Problem
There was a belt noice in my car. i have changed the belt on the advise of the service centre. even then the noise is coming. after changing the belt, now they are telling there is timing noise problem for which we should change engine its eems which costs around 30000Rs.
please adivse whether it is right or wrong
