2009 Fiat Scudo Van 2.0ltr Diesel 120bhp.

Came out to start van - wouldn't turn over. Was told to replace starter motor which I did and it still doesn't turn over but the 25amp starter fuse keeps blowing (3 times) now. Had a breakdown truck to bump start and it worked fine - got us home. Any ideas please - thanks

Yes solved the problem. There was a hairline crack in the metal plate that's connected to the +positive terminal of the battery. I managed to solder the hairline crack as opposed to replacing the whole part and it's lasted up to now.
