ABS is engaging even the road is dry.

I have a 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan SE with a 120000 kilometers. My problem is that even the road is dry the ABS is engaging or pulsating when I step on the brake to stop. And earlier today, the ABS light , traction control light and the ESP/BAS light went on after I step on the brake again. What must be the problem and is my vehicle unsafe to drive?
