My car is making a squealing noise they changed pulleys belt water pump and alternate and still having the same noise I need help I've had car in shop 9 10 times and they can't figure it out can u help me?

Did they change the belt? Getting coolant on the belt will make it squeal. Have they checked to be sure that all the pulleys are aligned properly? When is it squealing?

It squeals all the time and supposable they check the pulleys to make sure they r aligned but if I spray wd-40 on one of the pulleys it stops for awhile

Yep twice they put a cavlar belt on it

If it stopped squeaking when you sprayed it then obviously problem lies with the belt/pulley issue.
