2009 Chevrolet Equinox Repair Question

Chevrolet Equinox Fuse Problem
Power lift tailgate will not unlock, we have checked the fuse and it is ok. the fuse block has no power going to it.

If you have the touch pad on the rear to open from the outside I would check to see if the touch pad is corroded. WHen they corrode the short out and disable the rear latch. You can pop it out with a screwdriver
