2009 Cadillac DTS P0411 Code

My check engine light is on code P0411, I had the car to 3 different mechanics had the vale replaced, had the pump replaced everything is working fine but the SAI coded out again. The local Chevy dealer says it is caused by a leaky exhaust manifold. I am already into this for $900.00 and the dealer wants $800.00 to replace the exhaust manifold on my 2009 DTS. Can you point me in the right direction?

This cold be an exhaust leak but everything I see is short to ground from solenoid or to solenoid as well as high resistance which could be a bad solenoid on air system. I'd take it to a local pro who is good in electrical to chase down all wiring issues prior to replacing manifold. Doesn't need to be a dealer. Stuff like that for us is hard to answer due to we can't see it nor check anything ourselves.
