Hello
I have a problem to open the hood of my audi q5.
when I pull on the inside latch to free the hood this one does not open
can you give me a procedure to work around this problem

More than likely we have an issue with the release cable so we need to inspect this first and see what other issues there could be.

The way to start is to remove the lever and pull the cable using a pair of pliers. If the hood pops, then your cable is going to need to be replaced.

If it still doesn't then we most likely have a latch issue.
