My Toyota Yaris makes a really annoying whinning noise when i apply brakes, any idea what could be wrong?

My yaris hasn't given me problems before, i love this car and would like to know whats wrong with my car. thanks

Have the brakes inspected this is the only way to find out if in fact its coming from the brakes-
