Toyota Yaris Engine Problem

Hi sir
I did buy a car 2days before .now the car milege is 135000 i dont know this a originel milege.now my problem is when on the car ignition that time the engine cooling fan starting this not stopping automaticaly.i open the car engine room then saw the fan connection conected directly.im worriyng why they did like that?any problem of engne or other parts?how i can idintify the engne perfection? Plz help me kindly i hope ur replay soon...

You need to test and find out if there is any fault with the cooling system. Try getting the wiring back to standard and start engine and run to operating temperature. Keep engine running and note if the fan comes on, keeping tab of the cooling fans. If temperature keeps increasing without fans running, there is a fault and you need to find out why.
Check the coolant level in radiator before starting engine.
