2008 Scion tC Repair Question

Knocking noise in engine
Scion tc 2008 knocking noise coming from engine while idling and when driving the same speed. when i accellerate a little bit it goes faster untill i reach about 3000 rpms then it goes away if im punching the gas pedal. if i let off the gas and coast you cant hear it.

sounds like its coming from the top left part of the engine above the the exhaust heat shield

check your oil level to make sure it's full then have a pro listen to it so you can see if it'a valve train part or somethingmore internal. i'd do it as soon as you could
