The front brake rotor disc is stuck on to wheel bearing assembly. How do you go about separating them? There are two threaded holes located between lug bolts on the disc and bearing assembly, do they have anything to do with separating rotor disc from wheel bearing assembly? If so what size bolt and how to separate rotor disc from bearing assembly?

I believe that on this vehicle, the threaded holes are used to remove the rotor. You need to place bolts into the holes and tighten them. That should slowly force the rotor off. As far as the exact size, I can't tell you.
