Cooling problem

I have a mini cooper s with 150,000 miles. I have a cooling problem and can't find the area of the leak. It seems to leak on the passenger side near the front wheel. I had a new thermostat put in 2 months ago and it worked fine for awhile. Now it leaks off and on. Could it need to be flushed as it never had one? Where is the petcock located? I can't find it. If possible is there a schematic of the hoses? I travel alot and live in FL. I appreciate your help.
