Car won't start or make a sound when trying to start. Same situation 2 months ago (9-4-2012). We put in a battery and no further problems until yesterday. Car would not start with a jump or by putting in even another new battery.

Radio works, electronic locks work, however, the windows will not roll down (nor will the car start).
