2008 Infiniti G35 Repair Question

Steam coming from under the hood while it is raining and after it rains -
When it rains steam comes from the front of the engine- through the grill.
This only happen when it is raining of after it rains

Check to make sure, but I think it is hitting the radiator and steaming.
