2008 Hyundai Accent Repair Question

I was wondering why my car sometimes jerks/jolts rather hard when the rpm meter hits 4rpm or higher. any ideas?
When accelerating to 4rpm or higher, my car seems to jolt or jerk. What might this problem be?

scan ofr codes and check fule pressure first. try cleaning the throttle plate on both sides with choke cleaner as well.
