TRANSMISSION FLUID LEAK

2008 Ford Taurus • 6 cylinder FWD Automatic • 83,000 miles

I have a transmission fluid leak coming from the radiator area. I know that in a lot of cars there are lines built into the radiator for cooling the transmission fluid but from the pictures that I have seen of the radiator for my car, I do not see transmission line hook-ups. Some one told me that the cooling lines for the transmission in my car are built into the AC Condenser. Could you shed some light on this for me? I would like to know what I need to get before I take it all apart. Thanks!

Found this

http://www.autozone.com/autozone/parts/Spectra-Premium-A-C-Condenser/2008-Ford-Taurus-X/_/N-js5qdZ8ii1a?counter=0&filterByKeyWord=condensor&fromString=search&itemIdentifier=88672_0_0_

Then read the specs on this at the bottom

Looks like the traditional set-up according to them.

I (they) could be mistaken--You might look at another on-line auto parts store, to maybe verify!

This shed any light on things?

Hope it helps you

Forgot the good part!

Maybe it's just a connection--use a bright light and an inspection mirror to search!

Hope it's EZer than you thought
