2008 Ford Escape Stalled and won't stay cranked.

Driving in traffic, lost power. Once pulled into parking area, would crank but stalled out immediately. Can hear the fuel pump, battery is new, checked fuel filter and alternator. Just will not stay cranked. Like fuel not getting to engine.

Would love to donate but lost my job after many years & need my car to find a job!

Sorry to hear about your job. First I need to ask if there are any check engine lights on. It could be a multitude of problems difficult to diagnose without knowing where to look first
