Holds back when accelerating
I have a grande punto 1.3d 2008 when I accelerate it seems to hold back like its missing there aren't any codes showing no warning lights are on it seems to do it worse on a hot summer day any ideas what it might be please

Performance related problems without any trouble codes are mainly ignition or fuel related.
Check the spark plugs and related components. Have the fuel pressure tested and if necessary, change the fuel filter.
