Calculation of Horse Power

I own a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab with a 345 hp. 5.7 L Hemi engine. I replaced the stock air filter with a Spectre Performance airfilter. My fuel mileage increased from 13.5 mpg to an average of 16 mpg. I then added a Flowmaster 40 series dual exhaust system. My fuel mileage increased another 2 mpg. ( 18 mpg city / highway with a 392 rear differential )

My question is:

Can you tell me how much horse power I have added with the above modifications ?

The vehicle will have to be run on a chassis dynamometer, this will be able to calculate the engine performance under all conditions.
