2008 DODGE CALIBER when using the AC, and car is still POWERED ON, under the car there is some type of nozzle that is dripping water

2008 DODGE CALIBER when using the AC, and car is still POWERED ON, under the car there is some type of nozzle that is dripping water, It cant tell if its missing a hose or not. Is that ok?? Is it suppose to do that when using the AC for a long time?? its only when the AC and Car is on. Everything else is ok, and there's no leaks or cracks with the radiator. No water is missing from the coolant refill tank either.

You have a problem when it's not dripping water. The AC is only supposed to lower the air temperature by about 20 degrees. (Who would be comfortable at 60 degrees)? The comfort comes from condensing and removing the humidity from the air. That condensation is what's dripping onto the ground, just like a home window air conditioner would do.
