2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser Repair Question

Chrysler PT Cruiser Engine Problem
Had a tune up and new valve cover gasket put on and now it smokes out the tail pipe for about a minute or so and quits. Plus it feels like it's missing.

I originally took it in because the engine light was on and I had noticed a few drops of oil in the carport from underneath the cruiser.
