2008 Chrysler 300 Repair Question

300c fault code b1b2b
I have a 2008 chrysler 300c and i have replaced the dash,steering,seatbelt airbags and module but i get a fault code B1B2B 1st row driver seatbelt pretensioner circuit shorted together. what could be the problem and how do i fix it?

Code not found in restraint DTC's for what you have spent on parts and time may consider trip to Dealer to resolve need specialized equipment to diagnose
