Chevrolet Uplander Engine Problem
Reverse light turn on when i switch off the engine

remove fuse #17 when the back-up lights are on and engine off with key out. Lights should go out. If so, this lets you know that the wiring to the back-up lights is not shorted to power from another circuit.
From this point the BCM (body control module) is the only suspect.
