Front wheel bearing hub replacement

Sounds like the front wheel bearings are grinding. Is it possible to grease the bearings or do I have to replace the front hub assemblies? I want to do the job myself.

You more than likely need to replace them as once they are grinding then that means they are metal to metal and the damage is done.
