Chevrolet Tahoe Crankshaft Problem
I have a chev - Tahoe model 2008, i need to open the main pulley, but not able to, looks like stuck, does it have a lock to be released,

What pulley are you talking about? Crankshaft pulley or some accessory pulley? Pulleys are usually a press fit, although there may be a nut or bolt that you have to take loose, first.
