2008 Chevrolet Silverado 08 4dr Back Windows Will Down Put Rear Window Driver

I have a 08 Silverado 4dr. The back windows will go down but not up. I can put the rear window down and up with the driver door, but both rear doors will only put window down. I've checked the fuses, can you help?
