Every time there is a hard/consistant rain fall. The floor board on the driver side only floods (1-2 inches). The carpeting/insulation absoarbs most but I am concerned due to electrical connections at floor and rusting/deterioation at floor & carpet.

I have checked all the door seals and windshield and have seen nothing. Cannot find infiltration during rain due to car is away with college student. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Please advise.
