Hello, my car is making a woop woop sound whether i turn left or right or drive straight. I don't know what's wrong with the car. I have gotten brand new tires, brakes, and wheel bearings. I need help the car still makes the sound and I'm scared to drive the car because i cannot figure out the problem.
