Both my high beam and low beam headlights quit working at the same time. I checked both of the bulbs and they are still good. Checked all the fuses to the headlights and they are still good. When the car is turned off and I pull the high beams back they come on but if i push the high beams forward in the locked position they don't. Also when you put the fuses back in the lights will flicker or if you quickly turn the headlight knob on and off. I can't figure out what the problem could be.
