Oil - vw golf

I have a 2007 golf, it passed national car test recent enough, got a service off dealer when i bought it, late 2010. she's just beyond the 70,000km mark now. ..worried re. oil....how do i know if it's the long life service jobbie or the normal one ? can i top oil up ? is it vw 504 00 or the vw 501 01 ? it says at 60,000km it should get the haldex coupling oil changed/ 4 motion, dust and pollen insert to be replaced and spark plugs to be replaced. i may be as well to get her done professionally ? as a rookie i could make a horse's ass of it.... would appreciate any advice ?

Have it done at a VW dealer, especially if you are concerned about you skill level.
