Vauxhall Astra Fuse Problem

I have a Vauxhall Astra 1.7cdti 2007, the rear wiper is not working, the water is coming through ok but no movement from the wiper?

we dont' have that in u.s. so check for power to motor and check fuse. if no power check for short in wiring or bad switch
