2007 Toyota Sienna Repair Question

Item in Tailpipe
My son put two balls in my tailpipe - am I ok to drive my car? The balls are about the size of golfballs but weighted so they are heavier.

Yes, it is ok, except you might get some rattling noise from the exhaust.
