1500 revs, in second and third gear

Hi I have Toyota hilux turbo diesel. It has a loud rattle when cold going through 1500 revs, in second and third gear. It is fine when the car warms up however. I'd there anything I can do to get rid of the rattle.

Is it something to do with the turbo?

Possibilities here could be an injector, injector blow-by seat leaking, clogged fuel filter, cam and crank sensor and fuel contamination-turbo waste gate will make it lack of power
