2007 Suzuki Vitara Repair Question

BFront brakes grinding
I have an SUV and make brakes are in good condition. I was driving tonight and stopped hard at a stop light. As I was driving home on expressway and now,when I break I hear a grind nose as I hit the front brakes, any suggestions?

If they are grinding, at least one is worn out and needs replaced.
