2007 Saturn Relay Repair Question

Saturn Relay Starter Problem
My 07 saturn relay decided to die on me while driving. We tryed boosting it off, putting different gas, and even had the battery and starter checked. It still won't start and I would just like to know what it could be .

Will the starter motor crank? Any applicable trouble codes?

Just to add, if the security system has an issue, it can shut down starter and fuel ,both.
