Opel Corsa Backfire Problem

I have a 2007 corsa Lite 1.4i approx 93000Kms on the clock, and recently came across this problem.
On the odd day the car will drive well, after warm up the car will just lose power have a misfire/backfire sometimes and finally stall, after a few minutes, I assume it cools down and everything will be fine again. It also occurs after high speed driving, took it to a auto electrician he changed fuel pump relay didn't solve the problem. He also said there are no codes in memory for the malfunction.
