NISSAN ALTIMA BATTERY PROBLEM

2007 Nissan Altima • 100,000 miles

My 2007 Nissan Altima recently attempted to get a subwoofer installed. The tech (seems fairly knowledgeable) had to drill through the firewall under the glove compartment on the passenger side. Long story short, when I took it in (obviously) my car could start up, after the installation my car cannot start. I push the button to start and you can hear the engine click once, like it's trying to crank up, but nothing else happens. Battery has been replaced with a new one, same symptoms. Dealership suspected the starter and replaced it with a new one, same symptoms. Could the installation tech have hit something by drilling into that area of the firewall?

Anything could happen when drills are used. Check the ground circuits. Inspect the driled area for possible damage to wires.
