When i'm trying to test the IAC by unplugging it with wires connected and ON the contact, the IAC get out so, I found it is ok but when i'm tryning to return it to its place I found it becomes longer and I can't fix the bolts so I want to return the IAC tip back in to allow me to return it.

The way to test the IAC is with a scan tool. Applying voyage externally will damage the motor. The only way to retract it now is with a scan tool. Otherwise you may have to replace the motor
