When I am trying to warm up my vehicle before driving it, the heat remains cold. I have an infant and really need to the vehicle to be warm by the time she gets in it. Can you tell me why it might do this??

Also the drivers seat has suddenly began moving itself back and the dome light comes on while I am driving. Do I have a short or something?
