My engine shakes when in drive or reverse but less in neutral. Check engine light is on took it to auto zone and they said it was miss during but don't know from where spark plugs ate good

What were the EXACT codes retrieved?
Misfirings are mostly from the spark plugs and related components such as ignition coils and wires. Have those checked.

Just had the same prob with my 06 ex. 110k miles. Plugs, wires, and coils and now it runs great. Try not to deviate from the suggested plugs. Tried to upgrade to a platnum plug and went through 2 fouled sets before I gave up. I was told it mat be the cold air intake that caused the foul.
