2007 Kia Spectra Repair Question

Adding AC to 2007 Kia Spectra LX
I recently bought a 2007 Kia Spectra LX, and like a total idiot, I never look to see if it had AC (I assumed all newer vehicles did). I have found a 2006 Kia Spectra that has been totaled in the rear, so the AC system is intact. I can get the entire system from it. Can it be installed in a 2007?

If the vehicle is the same in all ways, yes, it can be installed. Many imports come without AC. They do it to save money. The higher the value of the car, the more they need to pay to import it. Often times the car is set up for AC and the dealer installs it if the customer wants it.
