2007 Kia Rio power loss

Engine low power, check engine light flashes. This happenned after starting on very cold morning.

The flashing indicates a severe enough misfire to ruin your Catalytic Converter. Have the codes read and that should identify which cylinder is having the problem so you can check it out further.
