2007 Jeep Laredo Replace Water Pump Think Handle That Main Cannot

i am going to replace my water pump--i think i can handle that but main problem is i cannot identify the belt tensioner or how to loosin belt to remove--while i have it off im going to replace thermostat and serpentine belt--any other suggestions? thanks
