My 2007 hummer h3 will not start and makes this clicking noise when I turn the key to start it, so is this the battery, starter, or alternator?

Depends. You need to test all 3 for functionality. The click is likely the starter solenoid firing. If defective, wont make starter turn. If battery low same effect can be heard. Battery may be low from weak/bad alternator or juice abuse.

Also could be a bad connection some where in battery/charge/start system.
