2007 GMC Envoy Repair Question

GMC Envoy Sensor Problem
The service stabletrack message comes on but when I cut the key off it does come back on . when I take it to the dealer he says the message must be on to find out what sensor location is . Could the wheels being out of alinement cause the sabletack message to come on . I know there is a sensor in the steering wheel .

no, not the alignment.
you need the code pulled to see what part of the system has a failure
