I have a 2007 GMC Acadia with all the options. I have a drop down DVD player and navigation screen. I recently played a new dvd for my grandson on the dvd player. When i went to eject the disc, it would not come out. I tried the suggestions listed in the manual, but they would not work. What could the problem be?
