When I try to start my car the power on the dash will flash and the engine sounds like it wants to start, but nothing happens doesn't even really make a decent sound when the it does. it has been very cold here.. I was wondering if maybe my car has froze up.. or if it is the battery my lights still work so I don't see how it could be that please help
