My diesel truck has given me problems starting in extreme cold weather.I checked the battery out and it 's fine. Could it be the glowplug? If so How costly to fix this? It's a 6l, 250 Ford 4 door truck

Cold!Today was -40c, I live in Lac La Biche, Alberta, Canada. All my ford trucks won't start. The only one that is running is my `1999 suzuki swift'. She will start in pretty well all the cold temps. Please any advice would help. Any idea how much it will cost to repair?
Thank you Wanda
