i wone my dodge since 2009 july (model 2007 4x4 Hemi 5.7) I used to passed to Agency for mechanical maintenance every 10000 km or less

since Sep. Month I was planning for that untill I got low oil alarm inducation farther more upnormal sound at engine look like hammering

First, you need to have the computer scanned to determine what trouble code is stored. If the oil light came on and now the engine is knocking, it sounds like there was internal damage done.
